8. Identifying Core Beliefs & Reframing Thought Patterns
9. Identifying and Addressing Triggers, Cravings, Patterns and Stress
10. It’s All About You; Learning to Direct Your Self Esteem
11. Self Discovery vs. Self Control; Understanding Food as an Addiction
12. Mindful Based Relapse Prevention/ Setting Clear Intentions

Part one of the series, Introduction to Mindful Eating, is FREE and is conducted every Monday at
9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the GBI seminar room at 3810 Meadows Lane. To register, please call Perla at (702) 313-8446.

The remaining eleven classes take place on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
or 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the GBI seminar room. Registration for your spot in the complete series will take place during the Monday classes. Please note seating in the series is limited. The series fee is $110. A cash or check payment is due at the beginning of class one.
